Dough preparation lines are capable of producing blanks (blocks) of puff pastry or croissants with automatic addition of fat, such as margarine, butter or a mixture. The number of fat layers in the finished workpiece is easily adjusted thanks to the programming of the lines, which is facilitated by the use of intuitive software for the machine operator. The production capacities of the lines are very flexible and meet the needs of the market with a natural tendency to continuous improvement, including through the introduction of new technologies.
